These terms apply to the cross-border access, international routing, and network acceleration subscription services provided by ikVPN. By visiting this site, creating an account, or using the service, users confirm that they have read and agree to follow these terms. Anyone who disagrees with any part of them should stop using the relevant services.

Service Scope and Coverage

ikVPN provides network acceleration subscriptions covering 90+ countries and 200+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Routes are intended to improve connection paths when accessing international websites and related online services. Actual connection results may be affected by the user's network, the status of the target service, route maintenance, and third-party network conditions.

ikVPN may add, replace, suspend, or remove certain routes based on route quality, infrastructure changes, or maintenance needs. The regions, route types, and client support available at any given time are determined by the information shown on the service pages and in the user panel. A subscription provides network connectivity only and does not include access rights to third-party websites, applications, content, or accounts.

Account and Subscription Rules

Creating an account does not require an email address; a username and password are sufficient. Users must protect their login credentials and are responsible for subscription management, route connections, and other activity under their accounts. If credentials may have been exposed, users should change their password promptly and review their account status.

Subscriptions support unlimited devices online at the same time, but may only be used by the account holder and devices under their routine management. Users must not disclose or share account credentials with unrelated people, split, resell, or rent subscriptions, or provide the service as a separate product through top-ups, proxy access, or other means. Unusual sharing or resale may affect route access for other users, and ikVPN may restrict the relevant account after verification.

Responsible Use Requirements

Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where they are located and where the accessed destination is located, as well as the respective usage rules of third-party services. The service must not be used for fraud, infringement of others' rights, distribution of unlawful content, interference with network infrastructure, malicious traffic, unauthorized system access, or other unlawful activities.

Users choose the content and services they access and assume the corresponding responsibility. ikVPN may restrict relevant connections or accounts in response to valid compliance requirements, clear abuse, or necessary security measures.

Billing, Data Allowances, and Refunds

Monthly subscriptions are: ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date, and the price difference for an upgrade is prorated across the remaining days. Data packages are: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB; they remain available until used and never expire. Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT are supported.

If the initial payment does not meet expectations, users may request a full refund within 14 days of payment. Refund requests must be submitted through a ticket in the user panel with enough information to verify the order. Once the initial-payment and request-period requirements are confirmed, the refund will be handled through an available refund method. Subscription changes outside this scope, used data, and unusual account activity will be reviewed according to the order status and actual circumstances.

Service Availability and Liability

ikVPN continuously maintains its routes and service access points, but network connections depend on multiple external factors. Consistent access performance cannot be guaranteed across all regions, network environments, third-party platforms, or specific content. Maintenance, upstream network changes, device settings, target-service changes, and uncontrollable network events may cause temporary interruptions, speed changes, or route switching.

Users should back up important materials and confirm connection status before performing important operations. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is not responsible for losses caused by third-party service rules, user device configuration, local network conditions, or improper user operation. If a route does not meet current needs, users can select another available route in the user panel.

Account Termination and Changes to These Terms

If an account is used unlawfully, to interfere with the service maliciously, resell subscriptions, publicly share credentials, avoid normal billing, or repeatedly affect route operations, ikVPN may, depending on the circumstances, restrict connections, suspend the account, or terminate the service. Before or after taking action, the service may ask the user to explain the situation or complete account verification when necessary.

Users may stop using the service; refunds for orders that have already taken effect will continue to follow the refund rules in these terms. ikVPN may update these terms because of service changes, compliance requirements, or operational arrangements. Updates will be published on this page, and the “Last updated” information will be revised. Continued use of the service after an update indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
