Operating Principles

If connection issues occur, check the client status, subscription update, target region, and backup route in that order. If the issue persists, submit a ticket through the user panel with the platform, route name, and error details to help identify the connection point involved.
Plans clearly show included data and usage periods. Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date, while data packages remain available until used and never expire. If the first payment does not meet your expectations, you can request a full refund within 14 days.
